Junior Designer

Due to expansion we now require a Junior Designer to work within our Creative team. This position is an entry level position and whilst previous experience would be advantageous, it is not essential.

The Role – Junior Designer

• To execute design work efficiently and in the appropriate software programme

• Demonstrate a clear understanding of briefs and question issues when required

• Deliver scamps and presentation visuals to an acceptable standard

• Have a good eye for detail

• Maintain high standards of presentation across all accounts

• Be aware of client requirements and guidelines, competitor activity and current industry trends

• Maintain appropriate levels of efficiency and be prepared to work overtime as necessary to complete a job

The Person

Whilst it is difficult to define the ‘Gratterpalm person’ the ideal candidate would :

• Be Mac literate with a good understanding of all applications required (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop)

• Deliver consistently good quality work

• Be proactive and display a willingness to get involved in projects

• Be approachable and enthusiastic about your work

• To remain calm and professional when working to tight deadlines and under pressure
