We approach all client briefs from a strategic viewpoint, identifying key customer insights that will drive our creative.

Secondary desk research is accessed through our annual subscriptions to Verdict Research, the leading authority on retailing in the UK, and to Evolution Insights, a leading market research consultancy specialising in shopper marketing.

We source our own primary data by participating in a monthly shopper survey, run by Evolution Insights, which surveys 1,000 UK grocery shoppers online.

We use analytical tools like 'ReSearch.Ly' to help us to quickly get a grasp on the nature of conversations consumers are having about a brand or retailer. Fused with detailed insights into the category and the shopper, this helps us develop social listening and engagement strategies.

Our commitment to research drove our decision to build our very own purpose-built Viewing Facility at Gratterpalm. Our contemporary venue with one-way observation mirror suitable for focus groups and depth interviews is available to hire, either to run your own research independently or take advantage of our in-house expertise.

We also undertake research of the shopper in the retail environment. For example, we use eye-tracking research into eye movements of shoppers in store, and exit interviews to gauge responses to in-store communications.
